The Vineyards

 The vineyards are in the best place in the différent Cru of the Champagne :

  • Mesnil sur Oger and Aÿ in Grand Cru ;

  • Mareuil sur Aÿ, Tauxières, Mutigny, Avenay Val d'Or in First Cru ;

  • Epernay and Festigny.

We produce the 3 grape varietys to make the différents blending :

Le Pinot Noir Le Chardonnay Le Pinot Meunier

Our vines are 30/35 years old, to produce some grape with the best maturity. We cultivate our vines to respect the "Terroir" of each parcel.
