Ours
cellars were made in the XIXth century in chalk.
Our champagnes aged "sur lattes" during
3 years, for the traditionnls cuvée, and 8 years
for the Millésime. The bottles are riddled by
hand, in part. When the deposit is in the
bottle-neck, we can make the disgorging, and add
the "liqueur d'expédition".
A part of
our champagnes is aged in oak barrels. Its a
special and traditonnal vinification, for the
"Fleur de Mareuil" : a guarantee of
quality and authenticity.

can visit our cellars to discover the work of the
winemaker. After you could taste our champagnes.
