Fleur de Mareuil
Grapes variety:
- 50% Pinot Noir
- 50% Chardonnay
Vineyards : Ponet and Blanchien, soils 1st Cru from Mareuil sur Ay.
This Champagne is ageed in oak barrels. Vinification in the barrels (Alcoholic & malolactic fermentations) with stirring of the lees. We use 10% of new barrels.
